COwichan F.C.

Led by Head Coach Adam Paulson, Cowichan F.C. is set to compete in the brand new Selects division. Cowichan F.C. Selects is a team dedicated toward the advancement of player skills, competition at high levels, and enjoyment of this great sport. They strive to challenge each other to be the best version of themselves on, and off, the pitch. They have a talented core group of players that they hope to supplement with prospects from the pre-season tryouts.

The last 5 years have seen Cowichan F.C. rising rapidly through the league divisions after finishing 2nd in division 2 in the 2021/22 season, followed by 2nd place in division 1 in the 2022/23 season, which saw them promoted to Premier in 2023/24.

Coming off a tough year in Premier, the team was competitive in most games, but ended with a lack of results. They are looking forward to this new challenge that allows them to take on teams from the top three divisions in LIWSA - Premier, Selects, and Division 1.
